Hi, my name is 263 Tupper Blvd in Alliston, Ontario. I am a three bedroom, 1.5 bath, split level detached house built in the mid 1970s as part of Alliston's early subdivision expansions on the west side of town. I have lots of space. What that means is I sit on a large lot which today's new homes only dream about.

Let's dispense with the bad news first. I need new shingles and eaves troughs. While there is no hiding my flaws, they are not unique problems long term homeowners deal with. My best attributes are location, location, location. My backyard has two distinct parts - an area for patio, bbq, entertaining, or just lounging under the sun, and it's private. The other a large grassy area that can accommodate children's play equipment, a pool if you'd like, ample running room for pets too. And, an ice rink in the winter. Directly across the street is a newly updated, fully accessible neighbourhood park. A few minutes away on foot, both public, and Catholic elementary schools. Churches, walking distance to all shopping, restaurants, and if you're a commuter, quick access to Hwy 89 and Hwy 50.

It is a great opportunity to own a home in Alliston, where Honda Canada Manufacturing is embarking on a $15 billion electrification expansion, hiring more than 1,000 people over the next couple years. Don't let this one slip through your fingers because you judged this book by its cover. Live, love and laugh here like we did.
